It’s time to update some of the facebook covers ad twitter headers so the question is what are the image specs? So before I forget let me write them down here:<\/p>\n

The facebook cover image needs to be: 851 x 315 pixels and the file size should be less than 100 kilobytes<\/p>\n

The Twitter header is needs to be: 520 x 260 pixles and the file size should be a maximum of 5MB<\/p>\n

Here’s two examples I used for the stinkythepig.com<\/a> facebook and twitter. You will notice that there is a white area of space in the middle of the twitter header. This was deliberate as the profile image will be located in that area once you upload the image. Also, for facebook, the bottom left hand area will also display your facebook profile image.<\/p>\n
