I came across an awesome video on how to use Autodesk 123D (free tool) to create 3D prints. You can download the software package from here.<\/a> The tutorial is very clear and it seems simple to use. I believe in the next few years many of us techies will own a 3D printer and we will be able to quickly design a prototype object and print it to see how it looks like.
