Do you have duplicate contacts in your Google Contacts or on your Android Smartphone?<\/p>\n

Here’s a simple way to remove\/merge duplicate contacts:<\/p>\n

1. Login to your Gmail account<\/p>\n

2. Click on Contacts. There’s a few ways to go into contacts:<\/p>\n

Click on the Apps icon at the top right hand corner<\/p>\n

or click on the drop down icon next to Mail and then select Contacts<\/p>\n

3. Click the more button at the top<\/p>\n

4. Click Find & Merge duplicates<\/p>\n

5. A list of all the duplicates will show up.<\/p>\n

If there are no duplicates then the below message will appear:<\/p>\n[note color=”#ffff80″]\n

No duplicates found<\/p>\n

Yay! No duplicates<\/p>\n[\/note]\n
