Buffalo LinkStation MySQL password

It has been a few months since I logged into phpMyAdmin on the Buffalo NAS server and I completely forgot the username and password. So I tried figuring out how to reset it and couldn’t work it out but the answer was quite simple. Just login to phpMyAdmin using the same details for the Buffalo web management page. Can’t believe I spent so much time on this.
