HELP ME GET 1000 YOUTUBE SUBSCRIBERS

I just received an email from YouTube about changes to their announcement to the YouTube Partner Program and it really SUCKS. Here’s the email:

The main changes before your channel can monetize your videos are:

– 4,000 hours of watch time within the past 12 months
– 1,000 subscribers

I don’t have a huge following on YouTube – only 33 at the moment and only 19044 minutes = 317.4 hours of watch time and has slowly increased but I don’t think I’ll reach those stats.

I have until the 20th of February 2018 to surpass this threshold before they terminate the YouTube partner program. Now, I’ve never done this before but I need your Help. I need you to help me reach this threshold. This is the channel I need help with:
