Business Legions - HOW TO MEASURE THE VOLTAGE AND CURRENT FOR USB CHARGING DEVICESjpg
If you’re looking for a way to measure the voltage and current of a device that uses a USB port to charge then I have a perfect solution. This device allows you to connect the USB cable on one end and then the other end to the power adaptor. Business Legions - USB Charging By measuring the voltage and current you will be able to determine whether the device is fast charging or not. When the device is fast charging the voltage will reach 12v and the current will be 1.5A. It is useful for troubleshooting devices that are no powering up. If the device is not drawing any power then there is a chance the device has a component that is shorted. I had to use this device to check whether our Nintendo Switch was working.   If your devices use a USB type C port then this other device may be more useful as you will not be required to have any power adaptor or additional cable converters to change the type of port.
